Yes. IRIS Safeguarding provides support for organisations working with children, adults and families. Services can focus on children's safeguarding, adult safeguarding or both, though at IRIS Safeguarding, we embed a Think Family approach throughout all our services.

Yes. Most services are delivered online across the UK, with face-to-face support available by arrangement depending on location and availability.

There is no single right answer. The frequency of reflective supervision should reflect the needs of the practitioners, the complexity of the safeguarding work being undertaken and the organisation's safeguarding culture. Some organisations choose regular scheduled supervision, while others combine this with additional sessions following particularly complex or challenging cases. During our initial conversation, we can discuss what would be most appropriate for your organisation.

Sessions typically last around 60 minutes but can be adapted to meet the needs of your organisation.

Most supervision is delivered online, allowing organisations across the UK to access reflective safeguarding supervision regardless of location. Where appropriate and subject to availability, face-to-face sessions may also be available by arrangement.

Yes. Reflective supervision can be provided for mixed professional groups, creating opportunities for practitioners from different organisations to better understand one another’s roles, responsibilities and perspectives while developing shared approaches to safeguarding practice.

Yes. Some organisations are looking for ongoing supervision programmes, while others may wish for one-off sessions for a particular team or following a complex safeguarding case. Reflective supervision belongs to the supervisee, so it should always meet the needs of the individual, team or organisation at that point in time rather than being constrained by a rigid model.

No. Alongside full Level 3 programmes, IRIS Safeguarding also offers shorter workshops and bespoke training exploring specific safeguarding topics relevant to your organisation.
